The Waitron's staff selection process involves finding the right personality for the job. We believe that it requires a particular type of person to work in the hospitality industry. To have the basic skills to wait on guests is not enough. We also look for people who will work well as part of team and know how to handle the variety of personalities that they will inevitably come into contact with during an event. The Waitron trains staff to the standard of excellence which is our company.
